Cana Student Ministry is focused on glorifying God in all that we do. Our ministry has lots of activities that are designed to get middle school and high school students involved in the community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ as the focus of their actions. Come check us out on Sunday mornings at 9:15 for Church and Student Life Groups following, or Wednesday for Student Worship from 6:45-8:00.
Student Life Groups
On Sunday mornings Student Life Groups meet following our first worship service at 9:15. Our students attend the 9:15 service then come to Student Life Groups. Student Life Groups are small groups divided by gender and grade taught by volunteer adult leaders. These groups are designed to engage students in small groups discussing the Bible and life situations. Our hope for Student Life Groups is to generate authentic community and unity in our Student Ministry.
Student Worship
On Wednesday evening at 6:45 we have Student Worship. This is our weekly Gospel driven, student oriented worship service. Student worship consists of worship, lead by a student band, and biblical teaching, with the Gospel of Jesus as its focus throughout all of the Bible. Feel free to drop in on any Wednesday from 6:45-8:00 in our Student Ministry room for Student worship
Ambush
On Tuesday’s we have our student visitation called Ambush. Ambush is a ministry of Cana Student Ministry that has proven to be affective in reaching students that have visited our church. When we have a visitor on any regular event we have the visitor fill out a guest card. Using this card we visit their home, drop a gift, and invite them back to Student Worship on the next Wednesday. Many of our students are active members because other students visited them during Ambush. Following visiting the students we go eat fast food for dinner and fellowship. Please join us in ministry on Tuesdays for Ambush from 6:00-7:30.
